WILD ROASTED NUTTY SEED

Roasted Nutty Seed Mix Roasted Nutty Seed Mix was prepared by keeping in mind the values of exorbitant nuts. Roasted salted nuts are the combination of walnut, sweet apricot kernels and pumpkin seeds. These nuts were collected from the Himalayan range of Uttarakhand. HARC employed the basic processing method as a preservation method i.e. roasting and salting. This technique unaltered the nutritional composition of the nuts. Mountain Beam Roasted Nutty seed mix balances the overall nutritional value and reinvigorated the nutty taste. The main aim of developing this product is to give highly nutritious and tasty wild product for all age groups.
